As we wrap up the first few weeks of the school year, we would like to sincerely thank our families for your continued support as students settle into the new school year. Your partnership plays an important role in student success, and we look forward to working together to support your child’s learning, growth, and well-being throughout the year.
September is a time of transition, and during this period, class placements may be adjusted to support student learning needs and maintain balanced classrooms. Our teachers are thoroughly collaborating to consider any needed changes and ensure that all students are well supported.
Once teachers have finalized changes, class realignment will take place beginning in October. We thank you for your patience, understanding, and partnership as we work together to create balanced, supportive, and positive learning environments for all students.

Information for Parents and Guardians
As we begin the school year, we encourage parents and guardians to take some time to review two important CBE Administrative Regulations that help guide our approach to student behaviour, relationships, and maintaining a positive school environment. Administrative Regulations (ARs) are the set of rules, expectations, and guidelines identified by the chief superintendent that support and align the operation of the organization.
- Administrative Regulation 6006 – Progressive Discipline: This regulation outlines the CBE's approach to addressing student behaviour and emphasizes teaching, supporting and reinforcing appropriate behaviour while responding to concerns in a fair and consistent manner.
- Administrative Regulation 6031 – Welcoming, Caring, Respectful and Safe Learning and Work Environments: This regulation outlines expectations and responsibilities for creating learning and work environments that are welcoming, caring, respectful and safe for all members of our school community.
