With only a few short months left of school, we encourage families to have conversations with their students about the school year ending well. Your child’s homeroom teacher is the best first point of contact for any questions or concerns. Speaking directly to those most closely involved is more effective, efficient and timely. Communication with parents, students, and community members is always welcome. Email is the preferred method of communication.
School Council and Parent Society Meeting – Virtual
As a reminder, School Council meets the third Wednesday of each month at 6:00 pm. All families are welcome and we encourage you to join us to stay connected and involved in our school community.

Athletics Schedule (Week of April 13):
Whenever the weather allows, Physical Education classes will be heading outside! Spring in Calgary can mean sunshine, wind, rain… and sometimes all of them in one class! Please remind students to:
- Dress for the weather (layers are key!)
- Wear appropriate footwear and clothing for running and activity
The track and field season will be starting in May with the track meet being held on June 11 at Foothills Athletic Park. If anyone is interested in volunteering at the track meet please reach out to Mr Watts at bawatts@cbe.ab.ca

Scholastic Book Fair – Wednesday, May 6
We will be hosting a Book Fair on Wednesday, May 6. Please watch for the preview flyer closer to the date. Parents will have a chance to shop at the Book Fair during our Celebration of Learning, after school, on Thursday May 7.
